Office Hours and Appointment Scheduling

In general, we see patients by appointment only. Our offices are open Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Please call (616) 956-9577 during office hours to schedule or reschedule an appointment. In the event you need to reschedule your appointment, we would appreciate a 24-hour notice of cancellation. If an emergency arises and we have to delay or reschedule your appointment, we will inform you as soon as possible.
